Our 6-step process for all new leadership coaching candidates:

  1. Contact us to set up an initial meeting and explore the possibilities for you or your organization. Fill out this short form and let’s get started.

  2. If it’s a fit, we’ll identify a program and track that works for you or your team. 

  3. Meet your coach, complete your 360, chart your 3-month roadmap, and develop your actionable Leadership Program.

  4. Execute against your program, meeting with your coach and cohorts, receiving weekly meeting summaries, progress tracking, and support via Slack, Notion, and Culture Amp.

  5. Mid-point optimization based on data to determine what you should start, stop, or continue in order to perform at your best.

  6. Recap growth end-to-end and identify continued areas of development for your or your team. Leave with leadership agility, new tools, and a renewed clarity of your leadership genius.
